To architect, if delay occurs giving grounds for extension of time (b)
This letter is only suitable for use with MW, MWD or GC/Works/1
(1998).

It is apparent that the Works will not be complete by the date for completion.

This notice is issued in accordance with clause 2.7 [
substitute '2.8' when using
MWD or '36(1)' when using GC/Works/1
] of the conditions of contract.
