Protecting Your Plumbing During a Winter Power Outage
Typical residential furnaces and wood-pellet stoves require a supply of electricity to operate the
fans and blowers they need in order to function properly, so most homes in America will not
stay warm for very long once the power goes out. Without a backup source of heat, such as a
woodstove, when it is extremely cold outside, the plumbing inside the typical North American
