V$DIAG_INCIDENT_FILE
Trace and user dump files that contain the relevant information pertaining to the incident can be queried using the
V$DIAG_INCIDENT_FILE from the respective instance:

Step 5
Now we check how many problems have been recorded. From the output following, there are two problems: one
for each type of incident. Considering there is only one incident for the error that occurred on 2010-12-02, the DBA
decides to create the IPS using the incident ID:

■ ips, which is a utility within the aDr, helps in creating logical incident packages, adding the required diagnostic
data and generating the physical package that could then be uploaded or sent to oracle support.

Step 6
First step is to create the package for the incident so we could collect all relevant information for Oracle support:
