Woodsy, well-kept (and a little noisy) campsites with spotless showers with 24-hour hot
water. Locals boast that the on-site restaurant is one of the best deals in town for grill
food. Extras include private tables, electricity and grills. It's located by the creek just
north of the bridge into town.

Chill and homey, this refurbished
guesthouse reflects the playful efforts of young owners Dario and Belen. It's central, with
pretty rooms in a bold palette. Guests can order box lunches made with fresh bread or
dine in on home-cooked meals that beat most local restaurants. There's also guest cook-
ing facilities, free coffee and tea, and trip planning.

Good value
and centrally located, this friendly guesthouse is a good choice for travelers. Much is due
to the family owners, Cecilia, Marcelo and Raimiro, who look after guests with a cup of
tea or help with logistical planning. When we visited it was mid-renovation, so rooms
vary widely, the best are well lit and roomy. It also has multiple living rooms and a res-
taurant.
They can also help with reservations for Estancia El Cóndor.
