while allowing high-resolution imaging of Ag 0 NPs.
The TEM images were analysed to measure the NP size distribution before and
after laser-induced patterning. Standard deviation values for the diameter of the Ag 0
NPs before (Fig. 3.8 a, b) and after (Fig. 3.8 c, d laser patterning were 34
