4. Whether incubation with 3% hydrogen peroxide is necessary
or not?
Hemoglobin in red blood cells shows as strong staining as
HRP due to its pseudo-peroxidase reaction. Therefore, in
vasospasm research, incubation with 3% hydrogen peroxide is
necessary since the artery is usually surrounded by subarach-
noid clot.
