Above-par cowboy cooking happens at this ranch house, which gets Old West flair from a
rustic fireplace and rickety wooden chairs and tables. Many of the mostly meaty mains are
made with local ingredients, such as mesquite honey, prickly pear and piƱons. Lunch, mid-
afternoon drinks and late-night snacks are served next door at Badwater Saloon (
from
11am) , along with cold draft beer and Skynyrd on the jukebox.

The smallest of the Ranch's main restaurants, this family-friendly stop serves giant om-
elettes, Benedicts and pancakes for breakfast, plus fish and chips, sandwiches and burgers
for lunch. It's always crowded. Portions are huge.

This gregarious joint has darts, draft beer and dynamite barbecue at dinner time, as well as
pretty good, but pricey pizzas and pub grub such as onion rings and burgers.
