Eating
You can find food options for all budgets and palates within the park, from greasy slabs of
fast food to swanky cuts of top-notch steak. All carry good vegetarian options.
Bringing in or buying your own food saves money but remember that you must remove
it all from your car (or backpack or bicycle) and store it overnight in a bear box or canister.
The Village Store in Yosemite Village has the best selection (including toiletries, health-
food items and some organic produce), while stores at Curry Village, Wawona, Tuolumne
Meadows, Housekeeping Camp and the Yosemite Lodge are more limited.
