12.13 Summary
In this chapter, we looked at various aspects preparatory to launching the SAP project. We covered
issues dealing with the planning, organization, and managing of SAP projects. We also discussed
the various elements of risks that may jeopardize the success of the project as well as measures to
mitigate them. In the next chapter, we look into the infrastructure planning and preparation for
the SAP implementation project.
