In the following sections, we discuss the roles and responsibilities for the members of the SAP
team.
12.12.1 SAP Project Team
The SAP project team has the following responsibilities:

Standardize the business processes across all offices.

Study the system and configure it to suit the business processes with the help of the module
consultant.

Generate necessary documentation.

Prepare a training manual.
