certain sections. One thing is for sure, though: you will need to stay on
top of security issues. WordPress is not only the most popular CMS; it is
also the most vulnerable to attacks, corruption, and spam links because
of its popularity. It is extremely customizable and there's a huge support
base as well.
Although you can host your site from Wordpress itself, it is also software
that is installed by a hosting service. WordPress of ers links to plans from
various hosting companies who can usually host your site for a few
dollars a month.
Website Builders
These sites/services of er the ability to design sites with little to no
coding required. While not as powerful and extendable as a full CMS,
they can be good choices for a basic website.

Wix
If you have simple needs and want your website to pop and impress
visually with an artistic l air, use Wix. Wix is now an HTML5 and Flash-
based website builder and host with a graphic drag-and-drop interface.
For a basic portfolio website, it is an excellent choice, and its editor is
very easy to use for visual designers. The HTML5 Editor version does
not have blog creation support, although the Flash version does.
The included templates are relatively smart looking and reasonably
