Enter the text in any combination of the following approaches:
Click the Insert slide text button to automatically insert the
text from all captions on the current slide. This is most useful
if you have only one caption, and it is fairly descriptive. Note
that this button is only active if the current slide contains at
least one text caption.
Click the Insert slide notes button to automatically insert the
text from the slide notes. Note that this button is only active if
the current slide contains slide notes.
Click the Insert Closed Captioning Text to automatically
insert the text from all audio elements on the current slide.
Note that this button is only active if the current slide contains
at least one audio closed caption.
Begin typing new text.

When the text is displayed the way you want it, click OK to close
the Slide Accessibility Text window.

From any view, open the Edit menu, and then select Preferences
to display the Preferences window.
7.
Click Project in the Category list to display the project prefer-
ences options.
