Exporting MenuBuilder Projects
When you save your MenuBuilder projects, you're saving all the files
that you used to create and edit the menu. If you want to create a new
file that you can give to other people to view outside of Captivate,
you'll need to export the project. You can export MenuBuilder projects
in several different formats including:
Flash Movie—You can choose to include the Flash movies to which
the menu points.
EXE—An executable file that runs the menu slide and all the files it
points to.
HTML—A basic web page. The background of your slide will be
exported to a JPG file.
Word—An image of the menu slide, plus a list of the elements on the
menu slide.
Mac—A movie that can be played on a Macintosh system.
