Tip:
If the question you entered doesn't appear in full on the slide,
you can make the text box bigger (or move elements around as
needed) as described in Chapter 7, “Editing a Single Slide.”
Defining Fill-in-the-Blank Questions and Answers
A fill-in-the-blank question slide starts with a question that is really a
sentence with one or more blank spaces where words should be. You
can either let the viewer type in the correct answer or you can provide
a list of possible answers from which the viewer should choose.
To add a fill-in-the-blank question slide, follow these steps:
1.
In either Storyboard or Edit view, choose where you want the slide
to be placed by selecting the slide just before the question. Capti-
vate will insert the new slide immediately after the selected slide.
2.
From the Insert menu, choose Slide and then Question Slide to
display the list of question slide types.

Choose Fill-in-the-blank from the list.
4.
Specify whether this question will be graded (that is, part of a
quiz) or not by choosing either Graded Question or Survey
