DIMREGEN:
In a few special circumstances, AutoCAD doesn't automatically update
geometry-driven associative dimensions. (Maybe Autodesk should call them
“usually-fully-awake-but-occasionally-asleep-at-the-wheel associative dimen-
sions.”) In those cases, the DIMREGEN (no command alias) command will fix
things.
