once created, the segment can be saved and used on any of the reports in the
system. Report headers for both out-of-the-box reports and custom-designed reports
provide an opportunity for you to apply any of the segments that you have created. You
simply choose the segment by name and apply it to the report, which will give you an
extra column in your report for all your metrics in question, so you can compare the
segmented result to the overall population.
i created a simple visit revenue custom report and applied our newly created seg-
ment on top of it and got the result shown in Figure 7.33.
