calendar that displays the reporting time period and also acts as the user interface for
choosing new reporting time periods and comparative periods.
the calendar is removed when you view your dashboards, simply due to the fact
that anything on a dashboard should be rolling periods, such as today, this Week,
this Quarter, or last 30 Days.
