Navy Bean Soup
In a large pot, add the chicken broth and navy beans
and cook for 1 hour.
2½ gallons chicken broth
2 pounds navy beans
In a separate pan, cook the bacon. Add onions, car-
rots, and celery. Cook with bacon for 10 minutes. Put
this mixture into the bean pot. Stir in the tomato paste
and chicken base. Cool for 20 minutes until the tomato
paste is liquefied and blended in. Serve and enjoy!
1 pound sliced bacon
2 whole onions, diced
8 carrots, diced
1 bunch celery, diced
16 ounces tomato paste
