PLATING
Place the grilled swordfish in the center of each bowl;
spoon the steamed clams and mussels over the top.
Finish with the sliced chorizo and some fresh chopped
parsley. Spoon some Spicy Aioli (recipe follows) onto
the grilled bread and place on top.
