Spicy Mayonnaise
2 cups mayonnaise
Sambal oeleck is Indonesian chili paste, which is avail-
able at Asian specialty stores. Mix ingredients together
with a whisk, then season to taste. The mayonnaise will
keep in the refrigerator for 1 month; keep covered.
