With that set, let's start to edit the cylinder.
As show in Figure 5.26, we i rst need to move the cylinder up to the torso
area, and then scale each row of vertices inward to i t the general shape of her
torso.
As you read earlier in the topic, Silo has three dif erent selection styles: Paint ,
Area , and Lasso . For this section, we recommend Area selection.
As shown in Figure 5.27 , go to Selection Selection Style Area.
Select the cylinder and press A to switch to Vertex Editing Mode .
Now select each row in turn and scale it to i t the model sheet's torso.
(Note: Select each vertex row with the middle mouse button, as this will also
select the vertices at the back of the model.)
