Wind is song of whom and of what?

The Story
The subject of this story is a small wind turbine, thereafter,
Turbine. A short history of its design, introduction to the market,
and support is the plot. It is of residential scale; that means it is
intended for a single home, rather energy efficient, or remote cabin.
The goal is to provide the reader with some usable information.
If you think about buying a turbine for your backyard, it may hint
on the right questions to the dealer. If you design your own
turbine, it should help you avoid some pitfalls. If you own a wind
turbine, it may help you understand it better, show the ways to
improve, rationalise, avoid unnecessary expenses, and maximise
return on investment.
