In-Depth Information
Drag a folder to the bottom of the Favorites panel to make it easier to locate.
3 Click the Hotel folder shown in the Favorites panel to view its contents. Note that creating a Favorite
creates a shortcut for quick access to a folder; it does not copy the folder and its contents.
4 When you are finished looking inside the Hotel folder, click the Go back arrow, in the upper-left area,
to return to the advps02lessons folder.
If your Favorite is created from a folder on an external hard drive or server, you will need to have
the hard drive or server mounted in order to access it.
Stacking your images
You can organize your files by stacking them as a group to consolidate a selection of images into one
thumbnail in the Adobe Bridge Content panel.
1 Select the image of the boy named IMG_4003.JPG , and then Shift+click the image named
IMG_4005.png . The three images of the boy are selected.
2 Right-click any one of the three images and select Stack > Group as Stack from the context menu. The
three images are consolidated together.
3 Click the number “3” in the upper-left area of the stack thumbnail to reveal the entire stack.
4 Click the “3” again to consolidate the stack.
You can quickly stack images with keyboard shortcuts. The following table lists these shortcuts.
