Move the half sphere to the center of the cylinder
To move the half sphere to the center of your basic button shape, click
the cylinder shape to select it, then click the cube icon in the navigation
palette on the left side of the screen to center and zoom in on the cylinder.
To help ensure that the half sphere is directly in the center of your button,
use the up arrow tool from the navigation palette to rotate the canvas so
that you are looking down at the top of the cylinder. (See Figure 8-16 .)
Then move the half sphere to the center of cylinder ( Figure 8-17 ). As you
are moving the shape, distance markers with arrows appear to show how
far the half sphere is from the cylinder's edge. You will know you have the
half sphere positioned correctly when the arrows meet each other at a
right angle and the distances are the same, 0.10mm.
