Click Settings.

On the window which
now appears click
Format. In the list which
appears scroll to
QuickTime (custom).

Click Options and the Movie Settings window
will appear.

Now click Settings.

Yet another window will open. Click
to the right of Compression Type
and an extensive list of codecs will
appear. Choose the one you wish to
work with - in this case one of the
DVCPro HD codecs. Click and
release your mouse button.
