file still open and the Slice Select tool ( ) still selected, select the slice con-
taining the Sales text.

Click the Set options for the current slice button ( ) in the Options bar (immediately to the right of the
“Hide Auto Slices” button). The Slice Options dialog box appears.
You will be supplied with a link to a file in your lessons folder to test your links.

into the URL text field.

Enter the URL and Alt Tag information.
Your HTML file must be saved inside the ps13lessons folder to have a working link.

For this lesson, you do not put an Alt tag on each slice, but we recommend that you assign a de-
scriptive Alt tag to each slice when producing images for the Web.
