consumption rate of the actual plan during the period is about 332.1 g/kWh, while that
by using optimization of gradual steps is about 327.4 g/kWh, saving about 4.7 g/kWh.
If we extense the benefit in this accordance to one year, and according to the standard
coal price 1000 yuan/ton, It can save about 25,488,000 yuan for power plant one year.

Conclusion
This paper is mainly research the optimization in Automatic Gain Control in
blended-fuel power plant, and is of positive significance both in theory and in practice
to promote mixing combustion power plant load optimal dispatch. In this paper I
mainly completed the following work: optimization of multiple units under normal
condition of blast furnace gas distribution under constant power of the power plant; use
plant total coal consumption as the objective function, and the optimization of gradual
steps is applied to the optimal load distribution system; Solving the condition of blast
furnace gas (BFG) allocation scheme; Finally, analysis and compare the results
between optimization of gradual steps and the dynamic programming method by using
the simulation software of fitting the unit coal consumption curve, And ensure that the
simulation results meet the optimization calculation.
