Comparison of these 5 pictures of the coal and BFG consumption curves, we can
apparently find that the average coal consumption and whole plant load are in inversely
proportional relationship, in other words: the higher Plant total load, the lower average
coal consumption; on the contrary, the lower Plant total load, the higher average coal
consumption. So, the result by optimization of gradual steps is much better than that
by dynamic programming method in this situation. The power of the average coal
