Conceptual Model of ST
ST is a brand new tourism, part of smarter earth or smarter city. For the content, the
real sense of ST is to focus on tourists' need, combining the information intelligent
technology with casual culture, tourist innovation industry, to promote tourism
service quality, improve tourism management level, and enlarge industry scale of
modern engineering. ST, apart from general information system or engineering core
technology, cloud computing, the Internet of things (IOT), mobile terminal communi-
cation and human intelligent,
four technologies. Its concept
is defined as "one center, two
support, and three application",
as tourist related "eat, accom-
modation, travel, tourist, pur-
chase, entertainment" various
information data as the data
center of tourism resource,
supported by IOT and cloud
computing smarter technology,
through various tourism related
industry resource and tourism
service equipment to lain for
various type sensing equipment to sense tourism resource (sight, tourist) to use cloud
computing technology to integrate various sensing information to process data analy-
sis, to realize three application of smarter identification, smarter monitor and identifi-
cation service. Therefore, ST should satisfy the feature of tourist oriented, smarter
sense, and smarter service. Fig.1 gives the concept model to construct ST, in which
the core is tourism resource data center, supported by IOT and tourism cloud, sur-
rounded by smarter identification, smart monitoring and location service to assist
government, company and resident.
