have the opportunity to sign up for Disney's Magical Express service that trans-
ports Disney-owned hotel guests from Orlando International (but not Sanford) Air-
port directly to their hotel. Don't worry if you don't have your flight details set.
You can come back to this page later or call 866-599-0951 to set it up. Disney hotel
reservations can be made over the phone up to 500 days before an arrival date. On-
line, the system may only show reservations available through the end of the cal-
endar year, particularly if you try to book for the next year more than six months
in advance. Call Disney reservations at 407-939-7675 if your dates aren't available
online but you are within 500 days of your arrival date.

If not staying at a Disney resort, buy your tickets from within your My Disney Ex-
perience account—this increases the chance that they will be properly linked. Al-
ternatively, purchase tickets from an authorized reseller and link them manually.
Exactly 6am EST, Exactly 180 Days Before Arrival Date
Log on to DisneyWorld.com/dining by at least 5:50am EST, and have your highest priority
reservation all set up on the page. Keep refreshing, as you will be let in as soon as Disney's
system decides it is 6am. Make as many of the following hardest-to-get reservations that
are on your itinerary, in the order listed:
• Be Our Guest Restaurant [Magic Kingdom]
• Cinderella's Royal Table [Magic Kingdom]
• Chef Mickey's [Contemporary Resort]
• 'Ohana [Polynesian Resort]
• Akershus Royal Banquet Hall [Epcot]
• 1900 Park Fare Dinner [Grand Floridian Resort]
• California Grill [Contemporary Resort]
• Crystal Palace [Magic Kingdom]
• Hoop-Dee-Doo Revue [Fort Wilderness Campground and Resort]
For other restaurants, booking at 6am 180+ days in advance isn't necessary, but doing so
will guarantee a desired day and time.
If you have trouble online, call (407) WDW-DINE (939-3463) to book reservations off-
line, beginning at 7am EST on the same date.
