$150 per person, it's also the most expensive. The restaurant does not serve children un-
der the age of ten in the main dining room and there is a strict dress code: men must wear
dinner jackets with dress pants or slacks and shoes. Ties are optional. Women may wear a
cocktail dress, nice dress, dressy pant suit, or a skirt with a blouse. The 18-table restaur-
ant is otherwise equal parts intimate and opulent, with reliably impeccable service from the
inviting staff. Menus change daily, but Chef Hunnel reliably offers Australian Kobe-style
beef tenderloin, Holland white asparagus, braised oxtail, Imperial osetra caviar, and oth-
er fine ingredients. Desserts, overseen by the venerable Erich Herbitschek, are excellent.
While expensive, Victoria & Albert's may be the best value on property. Strongly consider
the $65 wine pairings with seven healthy pours of fine wines perfectly paired to each selec-
tion. V&A's is not for everyone, but it doesn't get any better than this for those celebrating
something special.

OVERVIEW Nautically themed with wooden fish and pictures of past guests adorning the
walls, Olivia's is one of the friendliest restaurants on property. Breakfast is excellent with
specialties like Crab Cake Eggs Benedict and the Conch Republic Omelet with Shrimp,
Avocado, and Pepper Jack Cheese. Standard fare includes pancake, waffle, and egg plat-
ters. Lunch and dinner both feature inexpensive burger and sandwich fare, in addition to
more expensive steak, scallops, and prime rib. Order at least one Conch Fritters. Kids enjoy
this colorful, boisterous restaurant with their menu of pasta, salmon, pizza, chicken, ham-
burgers, and grilled fish. While not a destination restaurant for first time-visitors, anyone
staying here should plan at least one meal back at the resort. Outdoor patio seating is avail-
able.

Olivia's Café at the Old Key West Resort was designed by WDW Imagineers to tell
the story of a poor young woman in the Florida Keys who was an outstanding cook
but lacked the needed money to open her own restaurant. To raise money, she opened
up part of her house as an occasional make-shift eatery, but even then she lacked the
