OVERVIEW Set inside of a majestic full-size replica of a riverboat anchored in Lake Buena
Vista Lagoon, Fulton's imports fresh seafood daily. This is the most upscale Downtown
Disney restaurant for dinner where a lobster costs $50 and steaks start at $43. Visit for
lunch when a soup/sandwich combo is under $15 and Fish and Chips cost $13 and you'll be
able to enjoy the same atmosphere for a lot less money. Kids' entrees include filet mignon,
snow crab legs, shrimp pasta, chicken fingers, and burgers. The high prices aren't justified
for dinner, but this is a venue worth checking out.

OVERVIEW Celebrity Chef Aaron Sanchez took over the menu in July 2011, “incorporating
flavors from around the world” in the process. The menu still favors southern favorites like
jambalaya, voodoo shrimp, and buttermilk fried chicken, but you'll find inexpensive flat-
bread pizzas, sandwiches, and pastas, too. Heavy on edgy religious artwork that may ap-
peal to some more than others, Blues is supposed to be themed to a shack on the side of a
road down in the New Orleans bayou. Free live music inside the restaurant on weekends
after 10pm. Calmer and kid friendly until then.

OVERVIEW The appetizers and margaritas are better than the entrées at this waterfront res-
taurant that focuses on cuisine of the Americas. Much busier after 6pm when the live music
starts outside, Paradiso is best experienced without kids, who are unlikely to be impressed
by the Latin flair or tequila tower stacked with 37 varieties. Walk-up tables are usually
available, as are seats at one of the three bars.
