In-Depth Information
WHAT TO EXPECT Astonishing visual projections transform Cinderella Castle in many fun
and breathtaking ways. Hard to describe in words, it's one of Disney World's best offerings.
SCARY FACTOR None.
TYPICAL SCHEDULE : Runs twice most nights during busier weeks, and as rarely as 2-3
nights a week during quieter weeks and during periods when the park frequently closes for
evening parties. When both Wishes and the evening parade are on, Celebrate the Magic
most commonly has a show prior to Wishes with the potential for a second after. LENGTH
10 minutes.
WHERE TO SEE IT : The show is best seen from near the castle. The Wishes FastPass+ location
is one of the best spots, as are other locations on Main Street no further back than Casey's
Corner.
Wishes: Evening Fireworks
RANKING Don't miss. EMH No. FP+ Yes, low priority. The viewing locations are in front of
Casey's Corner and Plaza Restaurant on either side of Main Street. Users may select which
side they prefer. If you're exiting the park immediately after the show, choose the Tomor-
rowland/Plaza Restaurant side and exit through the Main Street bypass directly behind the
viewing area to avoid the Main Street crowds. TYPE Fireworks show. REQUIREMENTS None.
WHAT TO EXPECT A great fireworks display, lightly tied to a narrated story, with some af-
fecting music. SCARY FACTOR Too loud for some little kids.
TYPICAL SCHEDULE : Runs almost every night most of the year, but as few as 3 nights a week
during the early-September to mid-December period when the park frequently closes at
7pm for evening parties. Wishes may begin as early as 8pm or as late as 10pm. The Elec-
trical Parade is usually scheduled one hour before Wishes, with Celebrate the Magic begin-
ning 15 minutes before Wishes. Thunderstorms with lightning will delay the show. LENGTH
15 minutes.
WHERE TO SEE IT : Wishes was designed to be seen on Main Street in front of Cinderella
Castle, but the fireworks are visible from parts of Adventureland, Fantasyland, Liberty
Square, and Tomorrowland. We like to see the show from around Casey's Corner, which is
far enough back that crowding is less of a concern and the fireworks are centered above the
Castle.
