Indiana Jones Epic Stunt Spectacular Show
RANKING Major attraction. EMH No. FP+ Yes. Low priority. TYPE Show. REQUIREMENTS
None.
WHAT TO EXPECT A large theater seats about 2,000 people on bleacher-style seating. In the
show, actors perform a series of stunts that mirror those from the movie Raiders of the Lost
Ark , and the director explains how they are executed so they are safe and seem real. You'll
see large explosions, sword fights, car chases, gun battles, and a number of other exciting
stunts. SCARY FACTOR Low. While there are some thrilling moments on stage, the audience
is never in any danger, real or imagined.
WHEN TO GO The first show of the day, usually around 11:15am, is the least crowded. The
last show of the day is the second best bet. EXPECT TO WAIT Arrive at least 20 minutes early.
LENGTH 30 minutes. WHERE TO SIT At least half way up, in the center section.
Star Tours
RANKING Major attraction. EMH Morning, Evening. FP+ Yes. Moderate priority. TYPE Mo-
tion simulator show. REQUIREMENTS 40” or taller.
WHAT TO EXPECT Riders sit in a large 40-person simulator themed like the inside of a
StarSpeeder 1000 spaceship. A 3D movie plays in the front and the ride vehicle tilts,
bumps, vibrates, sways, etc., so it feels like you're actually inside of the StarSpeeder mak-
ing the journey that you see in front of you. SCARY FACTOR Low. There is a moderate
amount of danger involved, but it isn't realistic enough to be scary. CAN WE HANDLE IT? The
biggest problems are motion sickness and the jerkiness of the ride. Avoid if similar attrac-
tions have caused problems.
WHEN TO GO After the priority attractions, in the last two hours of operation, or with
FastPass+. EXPECT TO WAIT 20-40 minute afternoon waits are common. LENGTH 5 minutes.
WHERE TO SIT Views are similar from most seats. You'll experience the most motion in the
far left or right seat in the back row.
Streets Of America
Three shows and a playground situate themselves along the Streets of America, the farthest
land from the main entrance. None of them build long waits, making the Streets a perfect
afternoon destination. Retail is light, with a store specializing in Muppet merchandise sit-
ting across from Muppet Vision 3D's exit.
Dining is more plentiful with Mama Melrose's Ristorante Italiano serving as the Italian-
inspired table service restaurant. Pizzas here are significantly better than Pizza Planet next
door for not much more money, but the restaurant's pricier fare is inconsistent. Studio Ca-
tering Co. is our favorite Studios' quick service, serving above average Panini-style sand-
wiches, salads, and wraps. High Octane Refreshments next door serves the best mixed
drinks and offers the best beer menu of the bars in the park. Finally, Toy Story Pizza Planet
is the land's primary quick service, serving up standard Disney pizza that runs about $10
for a personal size pie. It does not resemble Pizza Planet from the film Toy Story in any
way.
