3…2….1…. GO!!!!
After traffic clears, you burn rubber- going from zero to the top speed of nearly 60 mph in
a matter of seconds. The ride is entirely indoors, and parts of the ride are in the dark- lit
only by the street signs. With blaring music (by Aerosmith of course) pumping out of the
limo'ssoundsystem,you'llrocktothemusicasyoutwistandturndownthefreewaygoing
throughthreeinversionsbeforescreechingtoastop-arrivingjustintimeforthestartofthe
show. A true thrill from start to finish made that much better by the rock and roll premise
behindtheexperience. FastPass+ isamustforthisattraction asitfrequentlyhaswaittimes
approaching (and sometimes exceeding) two hours.
Twilight Zone Tower of Terror
TuckedintothetreesattheendofSunsetBoulevardandloomingominouslyinthedistance
as you approach, is the infamous Hollywood Tower Hotel- sight of the Twilight Zone
Tower of Terror. This exhilarating experience has been one of the premier attractions at
Disney's Hollywood Studios since its debut in July of 1994. This attraction is definitely
worthy of one of your FastPass+ reservations as it frequently has extended wait times
throughout the day. Certainly not in the league of Toy Story Midway Mania, or even Rock
'n' Roller Coaster, but long waits nonetheless.
