If you encounter a locked asset that you need to work with, you can still carry
out many tasks with it, including exporting and duplicating.

Searches provide a fast way to locate your assets, and smart searches are great for one-
click recall of those searches. However, there are times when you'll want to group assets
together in ways that searches just don't cut it.
Productions allow you to file assets into virtual folders not only for your organizational
purposes, but also for sharing with other users, similar to the global smart searches dis-
cussed earlier.
There are multiple ways to create productions. They may be created by a user during
upload or while a user is perusing the catalog.
Administrators may create productions from files being ingested by scanners or watchers.

Let's begin by organizing the Ducati assets via drag and drop.

In the client application, click Productions to view the Productions pane.

In the Production info window that appears, choose Show from the Metadata Set
