3.4 M: Human—Job Matching
Student employment stability has become a problem which trouble enterprises. Lots of
college students do not understand themselves and their chosen profession, occupation.
They found that they are unsuitable or not suited to the position after employment, so
they turnover frequently. Colleges and enterprises are paying a lot of power, material
and financial resources for developing orders education. Therefore, the students serve
enterprises better and realize their own value. To achieve "human-job matching" is a
factor we should think about in the implementation of orders education. “Human—job
matching” theory suggests that personality structure is different, different personality is
fit for different occupations. People should find suitable career to achieve the
Human—job matching based on their own personalities, and then meet the individual
needs and interests to maximize their potential.
To achieve the purpose of school education and promote the healthy development of
students, promoting students to have better career stability and serve enterprises well,
orders education should pay attention to the following factors. Firstly, helping students
to understand themselves and their career interests, personality, values and then
establish awareness of career planning and career development. Secondly, the
enterprises select students not only access expertise, but focus more on the interest,
personality traits, career planning, and follow the intention of the students development
of the industry; selecting the appropriate object through vocational assessment.
Thirdly, enterprises should help students to understand the industry and occupational
requirements in future by the way of corporate culture introduction, job descriptions,
internship and other methods combine with the characteristics of the industry. For
example: Jiangxi Blue Sky University and Luen Thai Metropolitan Life in Shanghai
develop a class training "call center outsourcing services" talent, where students are
selected through the "professional assessment", interviews and "leaderless group
discussion Approach", evaluating the personality traits of students, career development
planning, communication skills and stress resistance, and several other aspects, to
select students matching to the enterprises' requirement. After theoretical teaching, and
internship training, from business-to-student feedback after 1 year, it posts that these

tripartite satisfaction and achieve win. For enterprises, through participation in
personnel training, applying management theory and methods to the training mode, to
make enterprises management link with colleges' management, it is in favor of training
personnel enterprises need. Through cooperation with colleges, enterprises attract more
talents, priority attain staff needed for producing, saving human cost. For colleges, they
can make full use of enterprises' resources, improving the educational level and
accumulating teaching experience. And colleges can find deficiencies in school
