competition. For students, orders education let them know what enterprises require
while studying at the college, being aware of professional development, improving
their professional interests, which make learning more focused and effective, and
further enhance the employment competition, and reduce the employment pressure.
4 Summary
PRAMS Orders education, fully embodies the concept of vocational education, which
is "Employment-oriented and capacity-building as the core". By "PRAMS" order in
education, enterprises reserve talents, improving the quality of staff. Colleges train
talents that are needed by enterprises. Students not only solve the problem of
employment, enhance employability, earn what are usable and realize the value of life,
but also improve the quality and stability of employment.
