2 Current Problems of Orders Education
Orders education is a new personnel training mode of higher vocational education. It
means that the college and the enterprises draw up the training programs by
consultation, and cooperating with each other in forming classes, setting courses,
teaching management and job evaluation.Vocational Colleges attach great importance
to the "orders education ", although orders education have some flexibility, but there
are still some problems in practice, common problems are the following: First, students
do not understand the post in future, the colleges don't form an effective mechanism to
guide and encourage students to participate in the orders education; Second, students is
still in school-based, can only grasp the basic theoretical knowledge and simple
training skills, they are often not enough attention to the practice areas, there is no
perceptual knowledge of the situation of enterprises, and they aren't clear to the
professional skills learned in the future application and development of enterprises.
Third, the time of the orders education is short, usually only three or four months or so,
the ability of professional practice and the professionalism is not enough; fourth, in the
selection of student, more focus on students' Profession, considering less about the
matching of student's personal characteristics, career interests, career planning and the
features of industry, enterprises, jobs. What these lead, the practical ability of students
is not strong enough, the cognition to position is not clear, the stability of
post-employment is not high, the effect of personnel training units can not meet the
requirements of enterprises.
3 “PRAMs” Mode of Orders Education
The previous orders education' form was that colleges draw up teaching programs with
enterprises, focusing on practical teaching and have some flexibility. But in actual
operation, it just increases a slightly proportion of experimental training on the basis of
theoretical knowledge. And the practical teaching is more of a simulation and the
students still need a long time to adapt to.
On the basis of original character of orders education, in order to deepen the
educational reform model and enhance the ability of students to adapt to social needs. It
aims to achieve collaboration between colleges and enterprises, engagement in internal
training and external training, integration of theoretical teaching and practical projects.
It's proposed that orders education enable students to understand better the workflow
through part-time work ; contact with the product through real swords and spears ,
making students factually involve in the environment of producing, managing,
marketing and servicing. And at the same time, in order to let students to know the work
roles better; orders education makes students not only master theory, but also advance
to enhance skills and develop good professional qualities through depth education.
