A Research into “PRAMs” Mode of Orders Education

Abstract. The implementation of the orders education in vocational colleges has
an important impact in personnel training. In course of educating, we should
adhere to the PRAMs features, which includes a way of Part-time work, namely
arranging students to participate in work and study of learning after they
receiving theoretical education, to enhance students job awareness and gain
appropriate compensation, to stimulate enthusiasm for learning; an environment
of Real swords and spears to make students complete the actual project or task
and enhance the practical ability; an advance education which enterprises and
colleges Advance of enhancing the depth of training of students, making students
be trained for jobs that enterprises require; we focus on matching students'
attributes and job characteristics, training students to achieve human-job
Matching, and ultimately makes enterprises, colleges and students feel
Satisfaction at the orders education.

1 Introduction
Orders education, the characteristic of higher vocational education, is a new model of
cooperation between colleges and enterprises in students training. The implementation
of the orders education takes a positive action in training versatile students of higher
vocational college. It trains the required students for enterprise, providing a reference
for the reform of higher education, and playing an active role in promoting student
employment.
As the stability and development of economic in China, lacking of jobs is no longer
the bottleneck of students' employment. Yet the adaptability and stability of
employment have become a new problem troubled enterprises and colleges. Therefore,
we should keep reforming and improving the ways of orders education, making the
special training mode adapt better to social and economic development changes and
meeting the enterprises' needs to the students, and guiding the personnel training in
higher vocational colleges. Meanwhile, in the process of cooperation with enterprises,
taking the advantage of enterprises' resources to help students better understand their
