15. In the center pane, with the KPI selected, select Name, Target, and change it to Forecast
Sales .

16. Repeat Steps 4 through 15 for Forecast Sales, except in Step 10, select Forecast instead of
Actual.

17. Click Indicators to see the default. Your KPI should now look as shown in Figure 8-32.

Organize the Workspace Browser
As mentioned earlier, the Workspace Browser offers a feature from PerformancePoint Ser ver 2007 by
which you can create folders to better organize your PerformancePoint elements.

To create a folder for KPIs, perform the following procedure:

In the Workspace Browser, click New KPI, and then, in the center pane, click the Properties tab. 1.

In the Display Folder text box, type KPIs . 2.

You should now see AW_sales under a folder called KPIs, as depicted in Figure 8-33.
