Once you see the two infi nite lines, click. You have specifi ed the center
point of the circle. You can now type in the radius (diameter) of the
circle:

Let's look at another example. This time we will use one point to specify
one point:
Continue with the same rectangle used in the last example.

command, which will ask you to specify the center point.
Make sure both
OSNAP
and
OTRACK
are turned on, and also turn on
Center

OSNAP
.
Go to the center point of the existing circle, and hover for couple of
seconds, then move to the right. An infi nite line will appear:
