Step 3: Scale and reposition the waves
Go to the Transform panel and scale the waves to 60%. Make sure that the left edge
of the graphic is aligned to the left edge of the Stage. The width was built larger than
the Stage width to achieve the scrolling effect. It will extend beyond the right side of
the Stage (Figure 4.2).

Step 4: Create two new layers
Add two more layers to the Timeline and label each foreground and middleground as
shown in Figure 4.3.
