Aarhus' concert hall is a large, glass-fronted venue that hosts a range of musical events,
from Rod Stewart to Rigoletto, performances from Den Kongelige Ballet (the Royal Dan-
ish Ballet) or the Aarhus Symphony Orchestra.

Aarhus' premier club, Train is first and foremost a concert venue, with shows a couple of
nights a week and some big international acts on the program. Train opens as a late-night
club as well, on Friday and Saturday nights, with room for up to 1700 party-people and
top-notch DJ talent. The complex also incorporates Kupé, a funky lounge club.

Radar offers a glimpse into Aarhus' indie scene with a wide range of music (including
rock, techno, punk and folk) from its home inside the very cool Godsbanen freight yard, a

Skovgaardsgade 3) is home to stages, workshops and a quality cafe, and hosts exhibitions
and events - it's worth a look.
VoxHall & Atlas LIVE MUSIC

VoxHall is a well-established live-music locale (capacity 700) hosting an eclectic range of
acts. Attached is the more-intimate Atlas (capacity 300), specialising in jazz and world-
music performers.

This is a suitably theatrical building dating from 1900, embellished with gargoyles and
other extravagant decor. Performances are largely in Danish, but musical and dance pro-
ductions are also staged.
