Sculpture by the Sea

Aarhus Jazz Festival

Viking Moot CULTURAL

A Viking-style market is held at Moesgård Strand over a weekend in late July. There are
crafts, food and equestrian events, plus Vikings of all nationalities competing to out-fight
one another.
Aarhus Festival

The city dons its shiniest party gear at the end of August, when this festival transforms the
town for 10 days, celebrating music, food, short film, theatre, visual arts and outdoor
events for all ages (many of which are free).
