Gudhjem's popular smokehouse serves deli-style fish and salads, including the classic Sol
over Gudhjem (Sun over Gudhjem; smoked herring with a raw egg yolk). There's both in-
door and outdoor seating, some of it very challenging to get to (the upper floor is reached
by a rope ladder!). There's live folk, country or rock music most nights in the summer.
