4.2.9.4 Samples
The date of sampling.
Unambiguous identi
cation of the substance, material or product sampled
(including the name of the manufacturer, the model or type of designation and
serial or batch numbers as appropriate).
The location of sampling, including any diagrams, sketches or photographs.
A reference to the sampling plan and procedures used.
Details of any environmental conditions during sampling that may affect the
interpretation of the test results.
Any standard or other speci
cation for the sampling method or procedure,
deviations, additions to or exclusions from the specification concerned.
4.2.9.5 Apparatus
A description of the testing apparatus (type, model, serial number, capacity).
A description of the measuring devices (type, model, serial number, extreme
range, accuracy, calibration expiration date).
4.2.9.6 Experimental Method
A complete and succinct description of the execution of the experiment.
Testing scheme (position of the testing apparatus, the samples,
…
).
Testing procedure (phases succession).
Testing parameters value (speed,
…
).
It can be completed with schemes, drawings and pictures of the testing
con
guration.
4.2.9.7 Results
The results should be presented in a clear way by means of graphs, pictures,
schemes and tables, which should contain the units of measurement, be men-
tioned in the text and correctly numerated and identi
ed.
The date.
Where relevant, a statement to the effect that the results relate only to the items
tested.
Deviations from, additions to, or exclusions from the test method, and infor-
mation on speci
c test conditions, such as environmental conditions.
