Figure 4.20 Another picture rarely seen. The major cities and most of Northern
Ireland have low turnouts, but so do the (elderly) south coast and (remote) Scottish
highlands. High turnout can be seen in some of the Welsh Valleys as well as in
more prosperous areas. Marginal seats had a higher turnout than those that were
safer, but this image does not simultaneously show marginality.
