Paddington station, is unpromising, but it's well worth the
trek to this classy spot for superb dim sum (try the wasabi

modern, vegan restaurant, set in a kind of open food court,
specializes in vibrant (mostly raw) fruit and veg dishes from

bustling open kitchen, is a smart setting for the accomplished
English cooking from St John alumni Tom Pemberton. You'll
find the same emphasis on simple, old-fashioned excellence
- ham hock and pea shoots, stuffed lamb heart with nettles,
and the like, with a good list of Old World wines by glass,
carafe or bottle. The set meals are an astonishing bargain.
