The Azure SDK is integrated into Visual Studio. The differences will be that Azure Cloud
services, such as the cloud website, storage, SQL database, active directory, and other
Windows services can be used instead of the local on-premise ones. A point to note is that
NServiceBus is integrated into Visual Studio as well. We can install the Azure SDK 2.3
for Visual Studio 2012 using the Microsoft Web Platform Installer from
